Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Overview

FreedUp matches clients with skilled Executive Assistants to manage tasks and workflows. This policy outlines the guidelines for service delivery and issue resolution.

2. Fulfillment Timeline

FreedUp will pair you with a suitable EA within 30 to 45 business days following completion of the onboarding process detailed in the Executive Handbook.

3. Service Commitments

Clients must follow the Exec Best Practices & Suggested Commitments outlined in the Executive Handbook, including regular meetings, active delegation, and consistent use of Standard Operating Procedures to maximize the value of the partnership.

4. Adjustments and Modifications

FreedUp is committed to flexibility and will work with clients to modify EA responsibilities as needs evolve. Adjustments can be discussed through regular meetings or by contacting us directly.

5. Refund and Re-Pairing Policy

Within 30 days of your EA placement, if you are unsatisfied with the service and have followed the best practices outlined in the Executive Handbook, you may request:

  • A no-cost reassignment to a new EA.
  • A full refund of service fees.

Documentation of adherence to best practices is required. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

Services can be terminated at any time via written notice to contact@freedup.com. Service will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle are not available.

7. Complaints and Issues

Concerns about EA performance or workflow should be addressed via the process outlined in the Executive Handbook. FreedUp is committed to swift resolution, including EA replacement if necessary.
