All of our Operator roles are full-time, permanent positions. When you join FreedUp, you're paired with a specific executive and become an integral part of their day-to-day operations. We're not a gig platform - we invest heavily in each Operator through custom training and ongoing support, so we're looking for people who want to build a long-term career with us.

Our process is thorough because we're looking for the top 1% of global talent. First, you apply through one of our open positions. Our recruiters conduct live screening interviews to get to know you. From there, you'll complete a skills and language assessment. The final candidates are interviewed by our Co-Founders, and one is hand-picked for the role. Once hired, you complete the Operator Bootcamp Residency alongside your executive — and you can start the training (the AI-Ready Certificate and Bootcamp Foundations) at your own pace before you ever apply.

Yes. The AI-Ready Certificate and Operator Bootcamp Foundations are self-paced and open to everyone — start anytime on the training page. If you're hired, you finish with the Residency alongside your executive. The training is valuable whether or not you end up working at FreedUp.

You'll be an independent contractor working full-time with FreedUp. You're paired directly with one executive, and your entire job is supporting them. But you're not on your own - you'll have an Executive Partner who's available to support you, conduct regular health assessments, and provide additional systems or training as your executive's needs evolve.

Operators are paid bi-monthly (on the 1st and 15th of each month). On top of your base pay, you're eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and individual performance. After three months, full-time Operators qualify for an HMO health allowance. We also offer PTO, paid sick leave, bereavement leave, and a referral bonus.

Absolutely — it's core to how we work. The path has two open, self-paced parts you can start anytime: the AI-Ready Certificate (operate AI on real work) and Operator Bootcamp Foundations (the FreedUp Operator Framework). Once you're hired, you complete the Operator Bootcamp Residency with your executive, mentored by an Operator Manager. You don't have to wait to be hired to begin — start on the training page.
